Step 1: Determine the type of work to register

Step 2: Prepare documents for copyright registration

According to the provisions of the Intellectual Property Law, a copyright registration dossier includes:

• Declaration of copyright registration (must be written in Vietnamese, signed by the author himself, a copyright owner, or authorized person to file copyright registration application and filled in with all information of the applicant), author, copyright holder).
