CONDITIONS FOR PLACING COMPANY HEADQUARTERS

According to Article 35 of the Enterprise Law 2005, the Enterprise Headquarters is as follows:
1. The head office of an enterprise is an enterprise's contact and transaction place; must be located in the territory of Vietnam, with an address determined to include the number of houses, street names (alleyways), or the names of communes, wards, townships, rural districts, urban districts, provincial towns, provincial cities, provincial cities central; phone number, fax number, and email (if any).
2. Enterprises must notify the time of opening at the head office with the business registration agency within fifteen days from the date of issuance of the business registration certificate.
Thus, the head office of the enterprise is the contact and transaction place of the enterprise; must be located in the territory of Vietnam, with an address determined to include the number of houses, street names (alleyways) or the names of communes, wards, townships, rural districts, urban districts, provincial towns, provincial cities, provincial cities central; phone number, fax number, and email (if any).
- Having a definite address including house number, street name, ward (commune), district (district), and city directly under the Central Government. Number of houses not in dispute
- Enterprises must notify the time of opening at the head office with the business registration agency within fifteen days from the date of issuance of the business registration certificate.
- State agencies contacting enterprises by official dispatch always send directly to the head office address. Enterprises need to ensure a clear registration address so as not to lose the dispatch that affects the contact with state agencies.
3. No address can be placed in the apartment
Some businesses prefer to circumvent the law to register for the residence so the rent is cheap and clean and quiet. However, this is quite wrong because Recently, on December 21, 2010, in Official Letter No. 2581 / BXD-QLN of the Ministry of Construction, the Hanoi People's Committee requests the functional agencies not to grant new licenses.
